Starting out as a CAD Draughtsman apprentice. Morris then went on to study Model Making for TV& Film which led to a HND in Product Design, which then evolved into a MSc in Product Design and Innovation course with distinction in 2022, all while working part time in banking.  Studying and now working in creative projects has been a clear lifelong goal.

He joined Falcon Foodservice Equipment in 2022 after he graduated and went on to win the FEA Apprentice of the Year award 2023 and gaining the CFSP qualification this year. Morris will speak about his journey and what has happened since winning his award and give a firsthand perspective on how businesses can look to attract, nurture, and develop talent to the sector.
